Faculty Onboarding Application

I understand and agree that the first class with every new student is a complimentary trial session at no charge. This session allows students to evaluate my teaching style before committing. No payment will be made for trial sessions.

I hereby give consent to Konsult Creative Education to publish my full name, photograph, qualifications, work experience, specialties, languages of instruction, teaching approach, and availability on the Academy's public website, mobile app, and marketing materials. I confirm all information I have provided is accurate and that I hold the rights to the photo submitted.

I understand that:

• Payments are processed monthly on the 10th of the succeeding month.
• Compensation is variable and determined by qualifications, experience, and student acceptance rate.
• Konsult Creative Education reserves the right to revise payment rates with 30 days' written notice.
• I am responsible for my own tax obligations as a freelance professional.
• Payments are subject to deduction for sessions not delivered or student complaints upheld.

I agree to keep strictly confidential all non-public information accessed through my association with Konsult Creative Education, including: student personal data and contact details; proprietary teaching methodologies, curricula, and content; business strategies, pricing structures, and operational processes. This obligation continues for 3 years after termination of this engagement. Breach may result in legal action.

I acknowledge that:

• All course materials, curricula, lesson plans, and teaching tools developed for or during my engagement are the sole intellectual property of Konsult Creative Education.
• I will not copy, reproduce, distribute, or repurpose the Academy's proprietary materials outside this engagement.
• I will not solicit Academy students for private teaching outside the platform during or for 12 months after my engagement.

I commit to:

• Treating all students with respect, patience, and inclusivity.
• Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment at all times.
• Providing advance notice of at least 24 hours for session cancellations.
• Not engaging in behaviour that may bring Konsult Creative Education into disrepute.
• Immediately reporting any safeguarding concerns involving minor students to the Academy.
