The emotional and visual impression created by the artwork.
Judging Process
Each artwork is independently evaluated by multiple judges using the same scoring rubric.
Scores are averaged to determine the final ranking.
If a significant scoring discrepancy arises, the Organising Committee may refer the artwork to an additional judge for review.
Conflict of Interest
Judges must declare any potential conflict of interest.
A judge shall not evaluate the work of a participant if an actual conflict exists.
Confidentiality
Judges shall:
- Keep scores confidential.
- Not discuss entries during the evaluation process.
- Not contact participants.
Tie-Breaking
If two or more entries receive identical final scores, the Jury will review the tied entries and determine the final ranking based on the overall interpretation of the theme, creativity, and artistic merit.
The Jury’s decision will be final.
Awards
Awards will be presented according to the official competition announcement.
If the Jury determines that the required standard has not been achieved in a category, it reserves the right not to confer a particular award.
