1. Eligibility
- The competition is open to participants from all countries.
- Registration is FREE.
- Participants must register in the appropriate age category.
- Participants below 18 years must obtain parental/legal guardian consent.
- The Organising Committee reserves the right to verify eligibility and age.
2. Theme
Participants are encouraged to creatively express their ideas about sustainability, nature, biodiversity, environmental conservation, climate action, and our collective responsibility towards protecting the planet.
3. Registration
- Registration closes on 15 August 2026.
- Each participant may submit only one artwork.
- Each participant will receive a unique Participant ID.
4. Artwork Submission
Submission Deadline:
30 September 2026
Results:
3 October 2026
Only entries submitted through the official submission portal will be accepted.

6. Originality
The artwork must:
- Be completely original.
- Be created entirely by the participant.
- Not be copied.
- Not be traced.
- Not be plagiarised.
- Not be substantially AI-generated.
7. Copyright
Participants retain copyright.
Participants grant Konsult Creative Education a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the artwork, with appropriate credit, for:
- Judging
- Exhibition
- Website
- Social Media
- Publications
- Educational material
- Marketing
- Future promotion of the competition
8. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified if:
- Plagiarism is detected.
- AI-generated artwork is submitted.
- False information is provided.
- Multiple entries are submitted.
- Rules are violated.
9. Jury
The decision of the Jury is final.
No correspondence regarding results will be entertained.
10. Privacy
Personal information will be used only for administering the competition and will not be sold to third parties.
11. Governing Law
The competition shall be governed by the laws of India.
